For more than 120 years, the Queensland Eisteddfod has showcased the best of the State’s amateur performance talent in music and drama, and for the first time in nearly 40 years, the event returns to Brisbane in 2015.
Running over April 3-5 of the Easter weekend at Brisbane City Hall, the 122nd Heritage Bank Queensland Eisteddfod will attract adult and junior choirs from around the State, including Brisbane, Ipswich, the Sunshine Coast, Mackay, Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Gympie and Bundaberg.
An individual singing competition and a Speech and Drama competition will also be included in the event.
