Join us for a transcendent afternoon of celestial harmonies! Be transported to the very moment when light burst forth from the void, when the first whispers of life stirred, and when the heavens and Earth were sculpted into existence.
The voices of the QUMS choir and our fantastic guest soloists, accompanied by the brilliant Christian Gante on piano, soar to new heights in Joseph Haydn's "The Creation." Step into a world of awe and wonder as we recreate the genesis of the universe through this masterful oratorio, guided by Haydn's genius composition and inspired by the timeless words of Milton's "Paradise Lost."
Each soloist, with their unique vocal prowess, will embody the characters and narratives that bring this monumental work to life. As their ethereal voices intertwine with the choir, you'll witness the sheer power of music to capture the majesty of creation itself.

Our venue for this afternoon is the church at 160 Vulture Street, South Brisbane. Parking will be extremely limited on-site and neaby, so we recommend travelling by public transport - South Bank train and busway station are less than 10 minutes' walk away.
QUMS is happy to honour the Companion Card.
