This iconic line from the Coen brothers' cult-classic movie "O Brother, Where Are Thou" gave its title to our first concert of 2023.
We presented an exciting, energetic, feel-good collection of blues and bluegrass songs, including arrangements of Man of Constant Sorrow, I'll Fly Away, Angel Band, You Are My Sunshine, and more.
Our guest artist for the afternoon were the ladies from Scarlett Road — a Country-Bluegrass-Folk-inspired five-piece guaranteed to bring joy to your soul.
Guillaume Lemay-Yates, now our Musical Director, conducted the concert with Christian Gante accompanying on piano.
